The goal of Myanmar ethnic foods is to preserve and celebrate the rich cultural heritage of each ethnic group through traditional recipes, local ingredients and unique cooking styles. Every dish tells a story of ancestors, festivals and everyday life reflecting the identity and values of the people who create it.
